Description

My client small animal practice in Buckinghamshire is looking for an RVN to join their friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis.

Their practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment such as digital X-ray and ultrasound. They are seeking a hardworking and passionate RVN to come and join their small but friendly and supportive team of 1 RVN, 2 students, 2 receptionist and 1 vet.

You will be joining a fun, hardworking, dedicated team trying to make a difference to their clients by offering exceptional client care with community at their core. Their patients are at the heart of everything we do and will always come first.

They are therefore looking for nurses who will reflect these values in their day to day nursing, looking to utilize all of their nursing skills. They really value the contribution that their nurses make and are looking for their new colleague to be personable and approachable and enjoy building relationships with patients, clients and the team.

This position is part time, averaging 20 hours per week including 2 in 4 weekends. There are no OOH which means that all of our team get to enjoy an excellent work/life balance which we actively promote, knowing how important it is for a happy workplace!

In return for your hard work they can offer you:

  • Supportive and friendly working environment
  • Excellent career opportunities and development
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • 2 in 4 weekends
  • No OOHs
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Dedicated CPD allowance
  • Generous annual leave
  • Paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS)
