Description

Will your next career move be to join this hugely successful and growing training practice in Leicester? This small animal practice is currently undergoing vast renovations as part of a significant expansion which will include a total of 6 consult rooms, dedicated x-ray and ultrasound rooms, 3 operating theatres, dedicated dental x-ray facilities and state of the art Diagnostic equipment such as Ultrasound and in house lab equipment – Catalyst I, Procyte DX.

They value their team and their wellbeing so as part of the plans they will also be creating a unique area for colleagues so that they too have their own dedicated space throughout their day.

Due to this expansion the practice is seeking two new RVN colleagues to join this established and friendly team.  Full or part time hours will be considered and they can also welcome new graduates, offering a fantastic start to their career. They work very closely with their sister practice and therefore there is also scope for you to work across both sites and enjoy the variety provided by each practice.

A new colleague will be confident with all general nursing and will excel at building strong relationships with clients and patients. You will be an excellent communicator and keen to work as part of a wider team with a passion for your own personal development (with CPD fully encouraged). They want their new colleague to be a great team player who is up for a challenge in a growing practice! You will be joining a nursing team of 3 RVNs, 4 Student Nurses and 1 Veterinary Care Assistant.

The hours on offer are flexible and can consider both applicants interested in a full or part time position with only a 1 in 3 weekend rota and no OOH.

By joining them, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing a superb standard of client and animal care. If you would like to join this winning team and you share their passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare and great customer service, then I would love to hear from you.

Some of the benefits you can expect from working for us are:

  • a competitive salary
  • generous CPD allowance
  • funding of diplomas/certificates
