Our clients are currently looking for a confident HRVN with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The nursing team will be led by the successful candidate completing the nursing team of four, as well as dedicated reception/admin colleagues.
As well as your day-to-day duties within practice caring for your patients and clients, you will have the drive and ambition to develop the practice optimising the client and patient experience, promoting safety while training, developing, and leading the entire nursing team.
You will also be proactive in maintaining your own professional and clinical skills, carry out accurate and timely reporting and explore ways that they can further develop their standards.
As a RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will already have good knowledge of how a dynamic, practice runs efficiently and effectively. Sharing the team values being trustworthy, caring, and progressive, you will also take the initiative in patient welfare and have caring, thoughtful communication skills. Just as important are the leadership skills essential to enabling your team to work as one and look ahead to see how they can be even better.
This role offers a competitive salary, depending on experience. £300 CPD allowance plus 2-days CPD leave and in-house CPD available, on-going training is provided as relevant to your role, RCVS and BVNA membership, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays and exclusive company discounts and rewards.
You will be in a friendly, supportive environment within a rewarding role. Hours are 40 per week with 1 in 6 weekend shifts, as well as a fair share of bank holiday and on call duties.
