Veterinary Surgeon

My clients are seeking a small animal vet to join their friendly team. They are a progressive, modern practice with an exciting and varied case load.

All the vets discuss cases regularly working well as a team but have plenty of clinical freedom and case continuity.  New graduates are considered and are well supported by experienced vets.

They are looking for a vet who wants to be a good general practitioner, who enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery.  They have an interesting and very varied case load meaning the right candidate will gain valuable experience, as you will get to see and do many exciting things.  The team pride themselves on building a lasting vet-pet-client relationship and will help clients make the best choice available to them.

They do require vets to work a 1 in 6 or 7 on call rota including weekends depending on how many vets are employed.   There are days off in lieu of weekends working ensuring you enjoy a good work life balance.

The ideal candidate would be someone who believes in their ethos of offering excellent veterinary care to everyone, irrespective of their means.  They believe that every pet deserves veterinary care and that it can be achieved through good client communication and giving people choice.
